We design mezzanine floors for use as storage platforms or to create additional office space with special consideration being given to obstructions like support legs and staircases.

All floors require Local Authority approval to ensure they comply with Building Regulations, this we will handle on clients behalf if required. We will do a basic design to meet the clients requirements and on receipt of an order, we will meet the Building Inspector on site with the client to discuss all aspects of the project to ensure it meets with the Buildings Regulations. Considerations being given to means of escape and fire protection. A detailed submission is then made before manufacture of the floor takes place.

Various finishes are available to suit individual requirements, all structures are manufactured to order, we do not have a standard design.
